Q-trace real-time location system is based on Ultra-Wideband(UWB) technology and enables to track any objects with 5- 30cm accuracy both indoors and outdoors. The system is characterized by high precision and robust enough for industrial environments.
The Q-trace working flow mainly include the following steps :
- To attach a UWB tag to the object that you want to track, the tag emits UWB signal to anchors
- The anchors receive UWB signal and calculate the distance between itself and the tag
- The anchors gathers all UWB data and forwards to the server for calculating the accurate location of the tracked object, the data can be sent via Ethernet cables, or Wi-Fi.
